The Board of Education is accepting offers on a 5.7 acre lot located behind Osage Beach Elementary.

PARCEL: 08-2.0-09.0-000.0-001-019.000 – LEGAL: PT N 1/2 SE  

Bid forms are available here, or they can be picked up at the Administration Building. 

Bidding Instructions:

-This bid form must be submitted together with $1,000 earnest money, certified check payable to “Integrity Title Solutions” on or before 3:00 p.m. on November 2, 2026.

-The bid must be submitted to the Camdenton R-III School Administration Office, c/o Linda Leu, Secretary to the Board of Education, Camdenton R-III School Administration Building, PO Box 1409, 172 Dare Blvd., Camdenton, MO  65020, and marked “Osage Beach District Property.”

-Bids will be opened at 3:00 p.m. on November 2, 2026, in the Administration Building.

-Bids will be submitted to the Camdenton R-III Board of Education on November 9, 2026, for review and acceptance of the high bid.

-Bidder will be notified of the acceptance of his/her bid on November 10, 2026.

-The closing will occur within thirty (30) days after acceptance of the bid on November 9, 2026.

-In the event that the high bidder is unable to close the transaction within the thirty (30) day period, the $1,000 earnest money will be forfeited to the Camdenton R-III School District.

-A Real Estate Contract will be submitted for signing to the high bidder which must be signed and returned to the Camdenton R-III School District by 3:00 p.m. on November 16, 2026, and the $1,000 earnest money will be applied to the purchase price (bid amount) at closing.

-The Camdenton R-III School District will provide a Commitment for Title Insurance to the high bidder prior to closing and the Camdenton R-III School District and high bidder will split all closing costs.
