Facility Use Requests

Use of Our Facilities

We will do our best to honor the day and time of your request but please understand school events take priority.

Please allow 72  hours from the time you submit the form to check the facility calendar to see if it has been posted. 

  • Check availability on the Facility Calendar.  You can select a category on the calendar to view select buildings.
  • Please choose and fill out the form below that fits your needs.  
  • Upon completion of the form, we will check availability and get approval for your use of the facility.  You may be asked to provide insurance verification, non-for-profit tax info, etc.
  • Board Approved Fee Schedule for the use of the facilities is posted below 
  • You will receive an email/calendar notification once you are approved. If you have not received a reply within a week, please call (573) 346-9298
    • Please allow a week for us to respond before calling.
