Please allow 72  hours from the time you submit the form to check the facility calendar to see if it has been posted. 

• Check availability on the Facility Calendar.  You can select category on the calendar to view select buildings.
• Please choose and fill out the form below that fits your needs.  
  • Facility Request  (NON Sporting events)
  • Sports Facility Request
  • Theater Request
• Upon completion of the form, we will check availability and get approval for your use of the facility.  You may be asked to provide insurance verification, non-for-profit tax info, etc.
• Board Approved Fee Schedule for use of the facilities is posted below 
• You will receive an email/calendar notification once you are approved. If you have not received a reply within a week, please call (573) 836-1758
  • Please allow a week for us to respond before calling.
