A fully implemented school counseling program is a crucial part of K-12 students’ educational experience. Camdenton R-III School District's counseling program strives to be comprehensive, preventive, and responsive. We follow the Missouri Comprehensive School Counseling Program through the Department of Elementary and Secondary Education to best meet the social-emotional, academic, and career development needs of all students.

School counselors work collaboratively with parents, school professionals, and students to facilitate all students’ growth. Counselors in the Camdenton R-III School District participate in ongoing professional development to identify and develop best practices for meeting the needs of today’s learners.
